We look for licensed Laser Technician/ licensed Esthetician to join our team to perform a variety of elite, non-invasive laser, aesthetic and body contouring treatments to our clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for esthetics, is resourceful, dependable, have a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, an aptitude for sales and has exceptional bedside manner. 

A Day in the Life of a Medical Esthetician

• Provide exceptional service to our clientele by enhance customer satisfaction, experience and productivity.
• Perform job duties within the scope of practice under your issued licenses.
• Work closely with the midlevel providers as needed for client care.
• Train peers and new hires, to ensure Company standards with relation to experience, credentials, service and culture are met.
• Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services, regarding state regulation, HIPAA and all other regulatory compliance programs that are set for by the Company.
• Maintain a professional neat appearance individually and adheres to approved dress code so ensure upscale atmosphere of the med spa.
• Perform laser services that are not limited to but include; Laser Hair Removal and Photo-facials.
• Perform aesthetic services that are not limited to but include; Dermaplaning, SkinPen micro-needling with and without PRP, facials, chemical peels, and Hydro Oxygen Facial.
• Perform body contouring services that are not limited to but include; EMS Body Sculpting Machine.
• Provide a client centered customized plan to meet their skin care needs through performing services, selling products and treatments.
• Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet all client's aesthetic short/long term goals.
• Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the location.
• Assist with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.
• Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
• Ensure charting is accurately, timely, and completely performed to best depict all client appointments and experiences.
• Attend continuing education as requested to excel in various skillsets.
• Attend and provide input at all team meetings.
• Ensure that client concerns or issues are reviewed, resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
• Self-promote and engage in all Company owned social media platforms, communicating with clients .
• Check-In and Check-Out Clients

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
• Laser Technician Texas license issued by the Department of Licensing is required.
• Medical Esthetician License issued by the State is required.
• Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule is required. 
• Must possess a strong and extensive knowledge of laser, skin treatment procedures, esthetician practices and medical practice management.
• Ability to self-promote and engage in company social media with relation to meeting social media guidelines and expectations.
• Must understand patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation.
• Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
• Must have sound judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel and push/pull-up 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate would have previous formal training in cosmetic injectables with at least 1 year of experience. This individual has a passion for the industry, a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, an aptitude for sales, and exceptional bed-side manner. 

A Day in the Life of a Cosmetic Injector 

• Evaluate client's needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans, services and recommend skin care products during client consultations to ensure all client's aesthetic goals are met.
• Perform any and all neurotoxin and filler injections according to the compliance standards and delegation orders of practice set forth by the Company and state law.
• Engage in training peers and new hires on services, guidelines and Company expectations.
• Self-promote and engage and in all Company owned social media platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting of each client's medical records in regard to all treatments administered.
• Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management of inventory needs and inventory counts.
• Assists with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work/treatment areas. 
• Attend continuing education as requested to excel in various skillsets.
• Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed

• Registered Nurse License issued by the State is required.
• BLS certification required.
