VAGARO PAY LATER (Buy Now Pay Later, Low Prices, Financing Available)

1. Mobile: Navigate to Profile → Payments → Vagaro Pay Later.

    Web: Click your profile icon, then click Vagaro Pay Later. 

2.  Click Get Started. 

3.  Agree to Vagaro Pay Later terms, then click Continue.

4.  Review and click I Agree to terms.

5. Select an account type and click Submit.

6. Add a bank account.

7. Click Login To My Online Banking.

      A) Click your bank or use search to find your bank.

      B) Enter your login credentials.

      C) Click Submit.

      D)  A Success screen will display.

8. Or click enter my bank account and routing number.
     A) Enter your bank's routing number 

When entered, your bank name and an account number entry will display.

      B) Enter your account number, enter it again to confirm, and then click Next.

      C) A Success screen will display.

9. Click Continue to return to the VPL sign-up screen.

After successfully adding a bank account, it will be listed in Payment Methods.

 VPL is only available with US businesses

1. Add products, services, and classes to your cart.
   Renewing packages and memberships cannot be paid for with VPL.
2. Click the Cart icon.  
3. Click Proceed to Checkout. 
4.  Select VPay Later and bank if you have more than one.  

             5. Accept the business's terms and click Buy Now for products or Book for services and classes.

             6. Review the payment plan and Accept the EFT notice.

             7.  Once accepted, Vagaro will charge you for the first installment, then a complete transaction     

                    screen displays.

NOTE:  You can split online transactions between gift cards/certificates and VPL. However, you cannot split credit cards and VPL payments.

 To add a new payment method:

1. Mobile app: Tap Profile, then Payment Methods.
   Web: Click your profile icon, then click Payment Methods.
2. In the Vagaro Pay Later Bank Accounts section, click Add Bank Account.

             3.   Follow the same process as Sign Up for VPL.

To remove a bank account:

1. Select a bank account to delete.
2.  Click Delete. 
3.  Click Delete to confirm. 

NOTE:  If you have outstanding payments, you cannot delete the associated bank account.

1.  Click your profile icon, then click Vagaro Pay Later.

2.  View VPL payments 

1. Click Outstanding to see balances and future payment dates.
2. Click Paid to see completed transactions.

3.   Click a transaction to see more details. 

 Paid installments will show a green Paid icon. 

* If a payment fails, a red Failed icon will display under the installment date. An insufficient funds charge will apply based on your state. See the EFT notice to see fees based on your state. Late payments and fees must be processed through your Vagaro account. 

4.   Click Order (#) for a receipt. 

NOTE:    You can prepay for installments through a Certegy account. Click log in to prepay an installment. If you do not have an account, click enroll and use the Email from your Vagaro account to sign up.
